The Cookery Network

The place for passionate cooks

Hi there,
My name is Alex and I've just left university, however it is my dream to become a chef and I'm looking for advice on how best to achieve this. I've been teaching myself but I want to train to as high a level as possible- is the ashburton cookery school respected in the industry even though its not an 'accredited' course?
Thanks for any help you guys can give me!!

Alex
