The place for passionate cooks

Hello,

I'm considering signing up to the 20 day Diploma course. As it's quite a financial commitment, I wondered if anyone who had been on it could tell me how they found it and what they had gone to do with the skills they learned?

Thanks for your help,

Veronique

Hi Veronique,

Do it - you will not regret spending the money.   Obviously it depends on what you plan on doing afterwards but it really does cover all the basics and a whole lot more!  I absolutely loved it and am missing the school already, having only left last Friday!

I have lauched my own catering business and the course certainly gave me the confidence I needed to do so.

Good Luck

Jackie

Thanks Jackie. Good luck with your new business!
bloody loved every minute of it, if you can afford it then do it.
Thanks, I think I might just go for it...
go for ........... i would!!!!!!

You're not exactly impartial are you chef!

Just so you know Veronique, Joe is one of our talented team of chef tutors.

Hi Veronique,

I did the course in Sept 09 - I had no intention of changing career, just wanted to improve my cooking skills.  I loved every minute of it, and learned so much.  I am even considering a change of career!  Go for it - you won't regret it.
