Hi everyone,
I have the opportunity to get my hands on a whole centre fillet of smoked salmon (as opposed to a side) and was simply wondering if anyone could give me some ideas about special or unusual dishes to make with it. It's oak smoked and just the small end of 500g.
Any and all advice will be very welcome.

Permalink Reply by Dom O on February 2, 2011 at 23:01 This recipe is a new one on me. I've never tried it and it's going to be either mind-blowingly good, or just horrible. Could be amazing as first course of a dinner party though served in a nice big white bowl - probably not worth blowing the whole fillet on though.
