Thanks for the feedback Peter - great pick too. The 'A ' Team!
Thanks to everyone at Ashburton CS - especially the chef tutors, Phil, Joe & James in particular (but Hi to Rob & Darren too!). I had a fabulous week of learning & fun on the Intermediate course in April & it boosted my confidence in the kitchen (or for me, the galley) so much so, that when I was asked to prepare sushi for my first group of charter guests after a brief lesson from a superyacht chef, I was able to do so with the confidence of a professional! A truly memorable & benefical experience - thank you again.

Your sushi plate looks amazing Jenny! So glad you had a great Intermediate course. Being served delicious Sushi on a super-yacht - now that is the life!
Thanks Dominic, I'm looking forward to taking the Dipolma course on my next visit to UK although I have no idea when that will be! For now its off to the US via a visit to Venezula for fuel.
Well done Karon, I plan to do this course on my next visit home to the UK! Couldn't agree more with your sentiments. Good luck with your future career. Stay in touch. Jenny
I can second that. I can't believe just how much we've learned in four weeks. Can't wait to put it all into practice in the real world... Thanks guys!
Just a note to say that Glen and I enjoyed every minute of the Fish and Seafood Plus course this weekend. (I blogged some photos and details of my experience here: Blog Post)

I will definitely come back for another course. Many thanks to Phil, the chef, for a great experience.
