Sounds great - keep us in the loop and let us know how it progresses. Still can't get over the million in one chance that we saw photos of Cressy's pub by a chance encounter!

Morning Girls, Vegas was fab. Still cooking got friends comming over for dinner tomorrow cooking stuffed breast of lamb for 12. Should be exchanging soon on a pub in Newmarket,it does not do much food at the moment but i'm hoping we can grow together.

The pork was great,served it with apple mash and honey roasted veg. Meal out tomorrow with family and friends for our 25th Anniversary,then strict diet till next Tuesday  Vegas for 8 Days!

Melanie that's so organised of you, I really need to make some stocks too.  I'm so pleased that I went on the course too, checking the bank balance for when I can do Intermediate Extra! Going to be very busy at work now for the next few weeks, so don't think I'll have time to cook anything more than sausages and mash for a while :(

Well done to you both! I'm just about to strain my white chicken stock and my red wine jus! Then pop them into ice cube trays. And while I'm in the fridge I think it might be time for a cool glass of something!

The house smells lovely fresh bread,homemade soup, crispy belly pork,even made a cider jus! Very happy family. So glad I finally bit the bullet and took the course, just looking forward to the next one.

Hi all.  I've wowed my family with a 3 course dinner last night and am now going to have to bite the bullet and go on a diet for a few weeks. Boo! Hope you are well and enjoying practising cooking!
