Hi All, back home in Australia & remembering the amazing Dining Club Event in June ... Chef was James Knight-Pacheco and what a memorable experience it was!
The Entrée featured the incredible edible flowers ... truly "Art on a Plate"
Every course was delicious and looked beautiful & the wine matching was perfect!
Thanks for the memories!!!
