Hello fellow students and chefs,
Attending 2 different cookery weekends at ACS has given me the ability to push myself, so recently when I saw an advert looking for people to cook against each other in an on-line cookery competition, I thought I'd quite like to give it a go. So I entered and I was selected to compete!

Attended this course in March with James Knight-Pacheco and it was all I was hoping it would be.
Learnt some great skills and tips along the way. Nothing was too complicated or yet too simple, and since being back home I have re-created several of the dishes and practiced some of the skills such as filleting a seabass.
