5 day course for would be University students

Tomorrow I am starting to write a new 5 day course for would be University students. Look out for the launch of this course in the summer. If you have visions of surviving on pot noodles but want to know how to put together simple easy meals within a sensible budget then this will certainly be the course for you.

Big congratulations to Nathan Outlaw awarded 2 michelin stars today in the 2011 guide. Now we have two 2 star restaurants in the South West with Michael Caines retaining his 2 Michelin stars at Gidleigh Park. Proof that not all exceptional cooking just goes on in London.
