I can understand you being a bit reticent about taking it as it would be pressurised but WOW what an experience. I am sure you will make the right decision whatever you do. It sounds like you have really been making the most of the skills you have leaned at the school - which is more than i can say for me as i was struggling to remember how to fillet a sea bass tonight!! I could almost feel Rob & Stuart over my shoulder telling me 'you have wasted far too much of the fish'!! I had to get my Ashburton notes out to refer to. I can't believe you can forget so quickly but i suppose it is easy if you dont practice - so well done to you for consolidating it.
