Steamed Steak puddings in the oven?

Has anyone steamed a savoury pudding in the oven?  I need to cook 12 for a client and am not sure if trying to steam them in the oven would work? Any suggestions would be really appreciated.See More

Smoked Brandy Chocolate Tart

I was really pleased with this dessert. I infused some brandy using applewood chips in a cream whipper with 1 charge of N2O. The base also has toasted ground Cumin and popping candy which adds warmth and a little bit of excitment.
