On Thursday 26th April I will be signing my life over to two Chefs. I have been given a fantastic opportunity to work with both Sean Gerrard and Ian Sampson. Primarily I will be working directly with Chef Sean Gerrard who is known, not just for the two Rossete and perfectly positioned "Peterstone Court Hotel and Spa" and "The Manor", but for the newly refurbished Castle Hotel in Llandovery (which is where i will be starting my employment).
