Hi, has anyone had any expereince of using a thermomix ? Are they really the answer to all ( well most) of your kitchen appliances? Hope you are well!! Not managed to get any more work experience yet. Hoping to arrange something during my next holidays and maybe another course down at the school - the sooner the better!!

Glad to here its all going well at the new place. Does it have a website, would be good to check it out? I hope you got your answer about the poached eggs the other day. I noticed Karon spring into action and set up a group about it for everyone to add to. I think this site is going to be of great help to people.
Speaking of Karon, I had an email from her the other day saying she had just done the Chefs Weekend course. She said it was great but not as advanced as the one we all did. To be expected though I suppose. Might check this one out for my next course!
