What a great couple of weeks !

Posted on February 28, 2010 at 20:26 0 Comments

Just finished a great 2 weeks with the Princes Trust group. They have prepared some fantastic dishes and shown great skills in the kitchen. The group have developed a good knowledge of how a commercial kitchen works, and teamwork has been excellent.

All the students exceeded beyond my expectations and I am now looking forward to next friday when we will be producing a buffet for 50 guests in Plymouth for the Princes Trust.

Stuart - SOS question here: I roasted up some beef bones for a brown stock... but only had enough room in the pot for half of them. I froze the other half AFTER I'd roasted them. Will they be ok to use, still?
