Ashburton Cookery School Student in a Facebook cookery competition
Hello fellow students and chefs,
Attending 2 different cookery weekends at ACS has given me the ability to push myself, so recently when I saw an advert looking for people to cook against each other in an on-line cookery competition, I thought I'd quite like to give it a go. So I entered and I was selected to compete!
For 4 weeks I have to cook a different dish under a different theme with a different kitchen appliance from the range I have been given. I video record my efforts, which then get posted on-line for people to see. There are 8 of us cooking in total - 4 professional food bloggers against 4 home cooks.
It is great fun - and I have to thank ACS for aquiring the skills that have given me the confidence to compete.

Yes- sooo pleased. I'm off to Claridges in January to claim my prize! It was a fun experience. I'm on the look out for more so watch this space - and thanks for your support. Hope to be back at ACS next year!!!
